Founded in September 2018, Selective Construction Services, LLC is a full-service demolition contractor, primarily focused on commercial interior selective demolition. We pride ourselves on being an EPA Certified Lead Safe Renovator. The safety of our employees and others on our project sites is our number one priority. Our experienced team dismantles each project with specific care, utilizing newer, safer, and environmentally friendly equipment. We focus largely on recycling and reusing materials to keep materials out of landfills and reduce the environmental footprint construction jobs can leave behind. With over 30 years in the construction business, the team at SCS understands that each project is unique and that the success of a project depends on taking cost-saving measures, while not skimping on quality work and necessities.
